Housing Services
As a landlord we provide our tenants with a number of housing related services. We provide things like:
- property management services
- additional/intensive housing management services
- furniture and furnishings
- repairs and maintenance services
- refuse disposal and pest control
- grounds maintenance (including gardening)
- security services
- cleaning services
- out-of-hours emergency on-call services
The services a property gets depends on the type of property it is and whether it is a shared property or not.
We provide many of the housing services directly ourselves. We also work with external contractors and the local authority to provide some services.
