As a registered provider of social housing we are regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (the HCA).
They have a regulatory framework that sets out a number of standards around things like how we manage Anchor Properties and make decisions, the quality of our properties and housing services and the ways we involve our tenants in our decisions.
You can find out more about the HCA's regulatory framework on the Direct Gov website https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-regulatory-framework-for-social-housing-in-england-from-2012.
You can find out more about how we comply with the HCA's regulatory framework by checking out our Business Plan. We will include some information about our regulatory position every year in our company Annual Reports.
